Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any part of the Memgraph AI platform — including the API, SDK, Studio dashboard, or MCP server — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Memgraph AI Provides

Memgraph AI is a cognitive memory infrastructure for AI systems. The platform includes a REST API for storing and retrieving structured beliefs, a Python SDK, a web-based Studio for inspecting decisions and trust scores, a background consolidation engine (cognitive dreaming), and an MCP server for integration with AI assistants.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Do not share API keys in public repositories, client-side code, or unsecured channels.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity per account — shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you submit to Memgraph AI — events, beliefs, episodes, decisions, and any associated metadata. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

We do not use your data to train AI models. Your memory data is processed only to provide the service (retrieval, consolidation, contradiction detection) and is isolated per tenant.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data or the underlying infrastructure
• Use the platform to store or process illegal content
• Interfere with platform performance or availability (DDoS, resource abuse)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the hosted service
• Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions

6. Open Source

The Memgraph SDK (memgraph-sdk) is released under the MIT License. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely under those terms. The hosted platform (API, Studio, dreaming engine) is proprietary.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Emergency security patches may be deployed without advance notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memgraph AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, data, or profits — arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time through the Studio dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in the Studio dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
